Breakfast post Yoga
One of my favourite times of the day is After Yoga Breakfast Time. I can feel the magic of the refueling and recovery as I eat the lovely fruits, veggiess, yogurts and my fav latte. I always make sure I have all I need at home, or that my favourite cafeteria will be open that day.
Products for shopping list
Bananas: a potassium source
Berries: antioxidant source
Oranges: strawberries or kiwis, for vitamin C kick.
Dates: fibre and energy
Avocado: good fats and more
Wholemeal Bread: beautiful carbs
Home made Goats milk Kefir, a source of calcium and acts so good to your Gut
Vegan Latte Coffee or any other coffee or tea of your choice, for indulgence.
Get creative on the mixing. Maybe make a smoothie with all of ingredients except avocado and bread, which will be eaten in form of a toast. Or maybe combine Fruits and dates over a bowl of creamy Kefir, make a lovely toast and drink your favourite tea or coffee.
Other options, if you are not vegan is to have organic free range eggs, wild salmon, even some organic meat of your choice.
