Benefits of Hot Yoga
- Hot Yoga It is any form of yoga performed in a hot room. In Hot Yoga Altea we work with natural and also hot temperatures, up to 37ºC.
- Hot Yoga strengthens and deeply cleanses the body by adding intensity to the work you normally do in rooms without heat.
- Your body and mind work harder and more toxins are eliminated.
- In addition the heat softens the muscle and in this way we manage to stretch more and increase flexibility.
- Infrared heaters: the infrared system heats the bodies and not the air, so the sensation is similar to being exposed to the sun.
