Benefits of Hot Yoga

  • Hot Yoga It is any form of yoga performed in a hot room. In Hot Yoga Altea we work with natural and also hot temperatures, up to 37ºC.
  • Hot Yoga strengthens and deeply cleanses the body by adding intensity to the work you normally do in rooms without heat.
  • Your body and mind work harder and more toxins are eliminated.
  • In addition the heat softens the muscle and in this way we manage to stretch more and increase flexibility.
  • Infrared heaters: the infrared system heats the bodies and not the air, so the sensation is similar to being exposed to the sun.
